01 / PAIR
Connect your devices
Scan a fresh Mac pairing QR. Both devices connect outbound through an encrypted relay, so cellular works without a VPN. A reachable direct connection is preferred.
A local-first mobile remote
Your coding agent, in your pocket.
Relay keeps your repositories, credentials, and session history on your Mac. Connect your iPhone to send work, choose a compatible coding harness and model source, and follow agent activity from anywhere. Your chosen model provider processes the requests your Mac sends to it.
How it works
Relay keeps the Mac as the source of truth and gives you a focused remote control from your iPhone.

02 / WORK
Use an installed coding harness with local models, OpenRouter or Doubleword where compatible. Your Mac runs the tools and keeps provider credentials.
03 / REVIEW
Read the response, inspect diffs, and check test output before you approve the work.

Mac companion
Relay routes requests from your Mac-side daemon. Source code and messages stay encrypted between your devices during cloud transit; provider keys remain on your Mac. Install the current server from source using Node.js, Ruby and Bundler. Follow the repository guide for setup, provider keys and encrypted pairing.
